When Mrs G moved into her new home during the second lockdown, the usual stresses of moving house were exacerbated by the complications of Covid-19. Limiting the number of family members who could help, restrictions on delivery drivers and the need to keep Mrs G safe all added to the pressure.

Where possible, Needham Market Aerials will do all they can to help in difficult situations and supporting Mrs G was no exception.

Not only did the engineers fit the new aerial as you would expect, the team were on hand to help with every aspect of purchasing and installing the equipment. Mrs G selected from a short list of TVs chosen by NMA, based on her requirements; this was delivered to the office so the engineers could come to the new property with everything necessary to fit the entertainment system.

On the day, the engineer fitted the aerial, wall mounted TV and wiring with minimum fuss. The channels were tuned, DVD set up and the Freeview recordable box fitted. All this was arranged within a week to meet the tight moving in deadline.

A follow up call later checked all was working as it should and any wiring issues were swiftly sorted.
